Scotland’s Weather Aid

We reported in May about the opening of the £6m Weather Aid scheme in Scotland.  It is reported that 958 farmers hit by the extreme weather through the winter and spring have applied for funds.  Around half the applications came from the South West of Scotland with most applications relating to the loss of livestock.
